Talk to us

One address, and a person reads it. Anything about an order, a call, a proof or a book goes to the same place.

Write to us

hello@fireside-tales.com

Rescheduling a call, a storyteller who would rather not, a page that came out wrong, a book that arrived damaged, or a question you would like answered before you buy — all of it is the same address.

If you already have an order

Put the order reference in your message. It looks like FT-2608-0043 and it is in every email we have sent you, and at the top of your order page. With it we can find you straight away; without it we have to write back and ask.

The link in your email opens your order page, and it shows where things really stand — whether the call is scheduled, whether it happened, whether your proof is ready. It updates itself, so you never have to ask us for a status.

Refunds, and having something deleted

Refunds have their own page, and it covers the call, the proof and printing defects: the refund policy. If the call never happened, you don’t need to write at all — that refund starts on its own.

Deleting a recording, a transcript or photographs is the same address, and your storyteller can ask us directly without going through you. What we keep and for how long is on the privacy page.
